I'm pretty sure shes a girl but I don't know entirely she looks about 4week old she's very active when I'm home and sleeps when I'm at work. Iv been giving her ordinary milk because iv havnt made it to the store to buy any ketten formula. Iv never raised a cat this little what kind of formula does she need?? And im also going to take her to the vet cuz she does have a little flees and I don't wanna give her a bath myself. Also when will she start cleaning herself, like in the back area cuz when she gies to the bathroom she's messy and I clean her up.

Help!! I found a kitten in my backyard about two days ago!!

Don't feed her cow's milk! That will probably upset her stomach. You should feed her KMR (kitten replacement formula). If she has most of her teeth, she may also be ready for wetfood. So a wetfood for kittens, preferably a high quality one like Natural choice or Nutra Max would be be good. If you have wetfood for an adult cat, that's ok in a pinch too. But you'll want to get wetfood for kittens when you have the chance. Not sure what's available in your area. Wetfood should not be left out for too long so just feed her a little bit, like say 1 oz, at a time. Goat's milk is good if you have access to it.
Good idea about taking her to the vet. Also you'll want to isolate her from other cats. Keep her in a small room. Plus, it will cut down on the risk of her getting lost, escaping, getting underfoot, or getting trapped somewhere. And it's easier to kitten proof a small area.
I'm going through the same thing right now. I am fostering a 4 week old kitten with his mom.
This is a video I made a few days ago of my foster kitten. So you can see what a 3-4 week old kitten looks like:

Also, you can give her a little bath in the sink. I just ran some warm water over the kitten, especially over his backside, for a few minutes, and then dried him off. I wrapped him in a towel, until he was a little "kittrito" and he dried quickly. I didn't use any soap or anything, but I've read on here that people have had success using dawn dish soap for fleas.

Hi, Liza, you have gotten great advice from Ladysky above, and the site that CSBM gave you is terrific. These are also good on raising kittens: http://feral-kitten-rescue.blogspot.com/2008/10/feral-kitten-how-to-story.html

and together they should tell you all you need to know but come back with any questions -- we are not vets but we will always try to help. A vet visit is a great idea for this little one, please let us know how the both of you get on. -
Aww so cute. Yes, it does look ~4 weeks old. She looks really healthy, with the rounded belly, nice clean coat, playful demeanor and no obvious signs of illness. I wonder if her mother was a housecat and she somehow wander away outside. She doesn't look like a "feral" kitten.
Just one tip- I wouldn't let her play with your feet like that. She'll continue to do it and it's really going to hurt in about 2 months. Plus, you don't want her to get under foot. You wouldn't believe how many posts I've read on here where someone has stepped on their kitten.
A crumbled up piece of paper, a toilet paper roll, or a just any moving object works as a toy. If you are going to go buy a cat toy, my foster kitten of the same age loves this toy: http://www.omegapaw.com/products/whacky-mouse.html
