    guys, I was terrified that 'something' would attempt to happen today, and truly I have held my breath all day!.... thank the dear Lord that nothing has so far!..... I'm still a bit 'skiddish'.... makes me so truly thankful for all and everything that I am/have today! ...... no matter how bad/sucky the economy is..... I'm alive.......

    Now I was thinking they wouldn't even attempt anything today because too many would be waiting for it, ten years ago they caught us completely off-guard. This way they can sit back and laugh at us for being paranoid and over-killing everything, just my twisted way of viewing things. Or I believe that there are really twisted devious types out there who would do things like this to screw with our heads....more fun for them to catch us when its least expected.

    I know sad way to look at it.

    I hate to say it, but its only time. Ironic people think it will be NY or DC. I think we are putting all our eggs in one basket and leaving the back porch unattended. I think they will hit out west somewhere or even Chicago (the Sears tower was on their list of "targets")

    AV, I guess, I haven't been really, lived thru the bombings in Berlin when I was stationed there and a lot of stuff in Europe during the 70's - 80's so I try to take it one day at a time. My whole shift in Berlin (except me) got caught up in a brief case bombing left on a counter @ a bar, after that I stay away from unattended containers of any kind.
