Runt-off-the-litter kitten, what to do?
(33 posts)-
Hi people :)
The kitty is doing okay, yet I could not yet think of a cute name to name her. So yea, let's gather the ideas ^^
I indeed used clumping one, the same one I used for Troy's litter at home, but yea, noticing she was trying to chew it, i did a kinda harsh move by taking it out of her mouth. I "saved" the litter and went to buy a new one. Couldn't find "eatable litter" last night as it was around 8 and most pet shops close at 6 or 7. So i bought the traditional one, looks like made of stone something, she still tried to chew it so i covered it with paper and really watched her when she got near her litter box. Is this litter ok? Or shall i get the safest one available?
She drinks plenty of water, and she ate a teaspoon of her wet food mixed with nutri cal before we (maybe I slept earlier) went to bed. However, I realize that, she is not thin.. She's only small! What do you guys think will promote her growth, or should I just wait and see? She's a sweet little fur ball, and apparently she likes to cuddle with my hand, and purrs a lot. She's got a small voice, a super cute meowing that i thought if she was bigger, she'd be as loud as Troy.
Oh, she's trying also to eat on dry food as well, the Babycat dry :)
I hope she'll be ok. So far she looks fine to me, just small ^^ Will make a catster page for her as well soon. Got one already for Troy :)
