.... LOL @ MC!..... it's kinda my 'take' on the ranch roasted potatoes I posted earlier........ I thought, if it tastes good on roasted potatoes, why wouldn't it kick potatoe salad up a notch?........ I've always found potatoe salad to be boring and bland...... this 'did' it for me with the extra seasoning!..... and so EASY!!!
.... well, my Rays are starting soon, so I need to go 'dish up' my BBQ chicken, tater salad and greens........... oh, this is gonna be so FUN!!!

I have my Purdue game on in just a bit! Purdue vs Norte Dame, always a real barn burner! It was my favorite game of the football season (outside of the Purdue-Indiana rivalry). I am having cheese pizza with my girls.

Comet could send me some Friendship Bread and Amish Peanut Butter thru the wormhole! I miss Amish food from down home where I grew up! We had so many Amish, several authentic Amish restaurants, such good (but fattening) food!

Evening everyone, here for a moment and wanted to say that I hoped everyone has a good weekend.
AV, thanks for the potato salad recipe (copied it) and I must have missed the roasted potatoes one.
Well now to try and get a nap in before heading to *that place*, left last night because I had a killer eye blinding headache. Still in the after twilight feeling of it but oh well can't hide my head in the sand, need to go in tonight as its Sunday pay plus we are short-handed.
