You could look for something similar Deb, this one has licquorice root,fennel seeds, peppermint leaves and aniseed in it. Not recommended if you have high blood pressure, kidney disease or are pregnant.

HRH is in the beanbag, she has taken to sleeping in it again lately. She is stratched out with her front paws in prayer mode and her back lags sticking out over the edge with her tummy unprotected and daring me to tickle her. I'm not silly though, she has radar and anything that gets close gets shredded.

I get why HRH is in the beanbag, they can be comfy. Almost bought a papason chair last week @ thrift shop, always loved those to snuggle up in and sleep or read a good book.

good sparrow fart all!....... having my coffee early, so as to wake myself up before I get going............ I have found as I get older, that it takes more and more time to 'jump start' myself in the mornings................ used to be that my feet would hit the floor running..............now, if I don't have my coffee and get my circulation going, I'm stiff and sore....... *sighs*

Hi AV, I know exactly what you mean about longer 'jump starts'. My alarm was beeping away this morning and I took 8 minutes to wake up. That first coffee is so wonderful isn't it.

.... I was just reading the thread about the two wee white kittens...... so sweet!.......... sounds like they're doing well........... always makes me think of Cuddles when she was a baby..........when we got her, she had a tiny gret spot on her forehead, but it dissappeared quickly............. -
