Whew, kits just finished setting up noms! All of your faves are available just ask, they will gladly serve it up with a purr and beadbonk or two! Bevie bar as hot/cold brews, moo drinks, smoothies, juices and fave sparklers too! Me, need a very large cuppa joe and a nice and gooey cinny-bun to go! Paw up waves to all who stop by with wishes for a good day/after/nite whereve you roam! Smoochies to Tux, my fave kit...back in a bit!

Morning, JK. I'm definitely not ready for Monday; I was literally in tears last night thinking about having to come to work. I have another week of vacation coming up in 2 weeks & I'm already counting minutes. I even looked up the resort Mr. K & I decided we would stay at if we went back to Sedona (it's the sister resort to where we stayed & he was able to use the super nice gym), and we could get it for $100/night, which is cheaper than what we paid at the other place. Thinking....
While I think, could I get a big, comforting mug of hot cocoa, pretty please?

Big boy orangie arrives with huge cuppa cocoa with whipped cream and marshmellows on the side just in case...here you go, cheer up he purrs with a few headbonks too! Sounds like a fun vaca Kilroy! (We aren't supposed to take any days unless emergency or sick thru November because of our new system issues...sooo, it will be a long Fall at wurk in brewtown for moi!)

Thanks for the cocoa, and the orangie. My orangie tried to attack me last night, and again this morning, which didn't help with the stressed-out situation :(

Aw Georgie...beeee nice! Yup, Crockey had the hebie jebies this morning...I think the Fall weather invigorates them! Well, I used up my vaca so it's just sic days, but I can carry them over...sssh, may call in sic one day for personal screw head on straight day, but don't tell...ssssh/tee hee!

My only vacation ever is taking mornings off for ten days in February to run transportation at the ATP tournament in town!
I'm not ready for Monday, either! I've been up for six hours, though, worked 3 1/2, stopped at Panera and sold my freezer. (That sounded wrong - I didn't actually sell my freezer AT or TO Panera!)
I had rotten luck selling the thing. Guy who was coming to get it Saturday wanted to reschedule, so I emailed him right back, and again Sunday morning to set up a time and never heard back. Then emailed someone who had been interested and she said she still was and could I send pics since she didn't remember the freezer from the post. I did and she never got back to me. These were the same pics I'd posted on Craigslist that had made her email me in the first place!
So someone emailed me this morning to see it. Turned out to be a haggler but at this point, I just wanted the thing gone, so I sold it to her for 25 bucks instead of the 40 I had listed. No biggie - I got it out so I don't have to move with it and I'm $25 richer. ( Or maybe more correctly $25 less poor!) -

Hi JK, Kilroy & GD. Yep, busy here too; just taking a short lunch break then back to busy. Probably no time off till Thanksgiving unless I am sick, but I don't want to be sick and I don't have time - too much to do!
Georgie is welcome to hop the Hudson and visit with Leela and Comet to help tucker him out. Something told me to look for Leela last night after she didn't come when I called her, and she was in a closet. Silly girl!
GD, glad the fridge is gone - you don't have to move with it and you are a few $$ less poor!

Wow, that was a nice nap...was dreaming about comfort food, must have been from reading last nite's post from Mollycat on the nite shift...mmmm, comfort food as my grandma's tomato dumpling soup/made with a ham bone, which I have never even attempted to duplicate...yummy memories! Anyway now, back to reality of more fun on a $budget!

I had posted on a thread yesterday about Meezermama. I wonder if there is an easy way to look up someone's name on here to see when they posted last. I know to click on a name we can see, but when you don't have a name to click on, then what do we do? I see her name on my calendar, that her Birthday is the 23rd. Hummm...... Has anyone heard from her lately??? -

It is a good story isn't it :)
Have been watching the Cooper's Hawk in my backyard splashing around in the birdbath. It hasn't done that in months, usually ends up in my best friend's back or frontyard since she lives off the state land area and its easier access from the desert area.
