For the fellow ghost story fans...Ghost to Ghost is on this evening!
.................Tune into George Noory's "Ghost to Ghost" radio program on Halloween night. It airs from 1AM (after your local news) to 6AM eastern. Normally his show is called "Coast to Coast", but each Halloween he invites callers to phone in with their ghost stories. It is some pretty entertaining stuff each year.
Click on "stations" at the top of page to see what radio station carries this show in your area. Those out of the US and Canada can listen via satellite radio.

Good evening Dee. The streets had children dressed up and out trick or treating earlier. Halloween is not something we usually celebrate here in NZ but every year there are more people out t&t/ing. I'm afraid they got nothing at our house.

Gooood evening (imagine Vincent Price voice). Had a few kids come by here - not as many as past years. Nobody tried to steal the decorations this year, either. MrKK didn't buy as many candy bars so fortunately we don't have as many leftover to be a temptation for me! MiniKK went out dressed as a psycho maid (Hazel off her meds)and borrowed my wedge heel boots. She came home complaining about sore feet so that should put her off wearing heels for a few more years!

Evening, ladies. I got all the little choccy bars ready for possible visitors tonight -- and no one came! So of course I had to eat a few of them myself...
Eek, hope I can get up early tomorrow morning, it's a certain little possum's spa day... I am starting to worry now. Especially as she has been really good today, no moose calls, lol.

So I made up a cute sign with the a full moon and a cat sitting on a branch and put on it that I should be sleeping so no ringing the doorbell please. This is for my front door, now let's see if it works.

Normally we put out a sign to say no trick or treaters but I forgot to do that this evening. We were busy when there was a banging and thumping at the security door so Airy just called out sorry no treats here. Thankfully tricks don't seem to happen here, the children are more concerned about getting as much chocolate and sweets as possible and they raced off to the next house.

Lol it used to be like that here, now they do the trunk-or-treat @ schools/churches/shopping malls a lot. Some neighborhoods still truck in tons of kids for their treats.

I think the kids and parents here have a bit of an agreement that they just go to each other's houses, which makes sense, but every couple of years or so I get a few visitors and I'm ALWAYS unprepared. If I buy the sweets, it's like taking an umbrella and coat to work, it practically guarantees no rain or callers, lol.

Deb, yep but I decided to not send it up all in a rush tonight without one final check (because it's soooooo long and was obviously written in a hurry) so I'm keeping it till tomorrow. Turns out I needn't have panicked, I forgot tomorrow was a holiday in France (All Saints' Day) and I think they all took today off as well to make a five-day weekend, because there's not been a peep out of them!
