Question.....how is the best way to get skunk smell off of dogs? Have a friend who had 3 of her dogs sprayed yesterday, they have used 48 bottles of V8 juice so far and they still smell.

Joan, what you don't want bear tongue on your windows? Lol, sorry that was the first thought I had when you mentioned having to take down the bird feeder from the window :)

Does the bar have something for the worst meowmy of the year nominee? Stumpie would like something vile & disgusting for me, maybe mildly poisonous. He HATES me. He just caught the biggest moth I have ever seen (thought it was a bat at first), and being the meowmy that I am, I took the moth away & set it free in the neighbors' garden. He growls at me. And gives me the stink eye.

Skyron, how could you?? LOL. Eko would be so jealous that Stumpie got to sink his teeth into a moth. Eko's favorite evening activity is to stalk the moths outside our windows and chatter at them. Of course, he is an indoor cat so he never gets the satisfaction (or near satisfaction) that Stumpie got.

Oooh Sky, bad meowmy, lol! Comet does that too. He's so protective of his prizes.
We had a grand total of about 8 kids. We have a few neighbors with young children who were so cute! Don't think I'll mention to hubby the 3 extra bags of unopened candy. :) Might come in handy over the holidays. I used to keep a decorative box next to the bed on his side; the halloween candy was in there for years and he never knew - literally under his nose! I told him about it after we put the addition on and we got real nightstands.
I remember mentioning on another thread that I don't like horror stuff too much, but we're watching a Hitchcock marathon on antenna tv - have to admit I'm enjoying it. I like seeing home decor on old shows like that and he sure was a great storyteller.

Morning Deb :)
.............. I'm hoping Halloween was a mellow night for you!....... nice to have yesterday off, I got lots done of 'house' work, and had a nice Halloween evening......... I got about 15 trick or treaters, surprizing, since our neighborhood doesn't have much residential traffic.......... but I was glad to get a few!

Lol, have any of you seen that Velveeta (mac and cheese) commercial? The one with the Blacksmith and the skillet? Drooling here! And not about the mac&cheese!
