Hi there Jcat, I should try and get around to making the bagels but time seems to be running away from me lately. I found a recipe for ciabatta bread the other day that looks interesting as you make a "bug" the day before and use it to raise the bread the next day. Once again it requires time.
Tomorrow I will be sanding down Mum's outdoor table so it doesn't snag clothing and that will be my morning gone.Posted 6 months ago by Moonshadow_NZ #

After you sand it down are you going to re-stain it or what type of material is the table made out of?

Oh heck, I hadn't thought that far yet Deb. Hopefully the original stain has soaked far enough in that it won't need re-doing. It's a rough wood table with seats and old as the hills. We re-nail it together every now and then. Snuggy love to sprawl on it in the sun.

Aw shucks Jcat, you are making me blush. My brother is re-building a fence for her too so it could be an interesting morning. We are sprucing up the house and grounds for her birthday.

Jcat, I think my mumble mumble years may be wherever your mumble mumble years have gone to also.
Speaking of mumbling and no energy, it time I disappeared for the night. My bed has been occupied by HRH. Mr MS has a very early wakeup(sob) and I'm hoping he and HRH don't disturb me too early as I'm going to need all my energy for tomorrows sanding job.
Sleep well and sweet dreams for you both, chin scritches for The Crew and Libs and Millie.

Hi, MS, I scarcely saw Libs today and when I did, I didn't hear her snuffling so couldn't decide whether or not she needed to see the vet. Millie was funny though, kept swiping at her tail while Libs was eating. I thought she'd get a swipe right back but Libs just changed position and kept on eating -- for a little while anyway, then I think she decided the game wasn't worth the candle. But it was just the way kittens like to swipe at their long-suffering mums' tails, lol, and I was a bit gobsmacked that Libs didn't run away the minute Mills touched her. Mind you, Mills falls over whenever she does touch her... the excitement is too much for little Millie, lol.
Nighy-night, sleep well and sweet dreams. I will be off when the clock strikes midnight too...

Night, Deb, I am definitely going to have a good fossick for that box in the garage tomorrow, lol. Sweet dreams and sleep well when you get home tonight and cuddles to the Crew. I do still harbour hopes that Libs and Millie will some day curl up to sleep on my bed together -- hope if that day ever comes that there'll still be room for me!

hellooooooooooooooooo GD!............ awake but still somewhat comatose.......... I wonder if my energy is in a box somewhere too! LOL........... maybe I'll find it as I finish putting my Thanksgiving stuff up and getting the rest of my Christmas stuff out............... we finished the tree, and most of the interior stuff............. now just need to get the outside stuff tackled...............
............ I have today off, but have a lot I want to accomplish as far as chores, working with Mr. AV and getting myself ready to help in his new business.............. looks like rain is pending for today, as a cold front approaches us! YaY!
