TGIF KOTSW NS, Dec 2nd

  1. Night Shift kittehs are whipping up pitchers of KOTSW's for one and all! You can have a pitcher all for yourself if you want, or sit fireside or outside where the weather is always purrfect, and share with a friend!
    Every other drink, leaded or unleaded, is here as well. Every kind of nom you could ever wish for is here for the taking. The grills are going; looks like any and everything is going on them - veggies, shrimp, fish, ribs, burgers, chicken - you name it!

  2. Evening Joan, I will take fully leaded KOTSW's please, that and grilled chicken and veggies sound great! Going to lie down and see about getting at least a couple of hours of sleep before my week starts.

  6. Just ate some buttered popcorn for dinner---oh, the joys of being single! Man-friend is out of town, or I'd be cooking some crock pot wonder for him on his return.. Sophie is just realizing what 'treats' mean, so giving her popcorn is really funny. She doesn't know what to do with it!

  11. It's going, Jfrom NJ. I absolutely LOVE my job this year. We actually have a principal who realizes that rewards/consequences is the way to go with Middle Schoolers. He's made such a difference that it makes it enjoyable to go to work each day.

    ....... BTW, Joan, beautiful NS tonight!..... love the pitchers... (:))..... such a stressful day/week for me.... even tho (I'm supposed to be off').... LOL...........

  13. My office is housed in a middle school FH - it's a fun age group! Ours is grades 5-8; 5th graders are so tiny and 8th graders are so tall! I mentioned at the cafe about the food network's "Chopped" episode featuring school cooks. Child Nutrition is one of my hats, and it really touched me.
    *referees the "ick" slinging (from the north - out of harms way!)*

  20. Jan, my voice is coming and going mostly, just not as sore or rough as it has been the last two weeks. I thought the story of Stretch was touching and glad that she is living well in Chch. Yeah Little Kitty was a different one :)

  26. I'm hoping it is Airy's bed too.
    KK wasn't overly concerned but she was at a party having a good time, so what's a quake between friends.
    I'm rapidly coming to my 'use by' time tonight. It's been a long day and I'm knackered.
    I'll probably head to bed very soon so I'll say sweet dreams Deb and chin scritches to The Crew now before my head starts drooping towards the keyboard.
