Morning Joan--today is the hanging of the greens. I have little to know energy--but I will watch. Think they will want my supervision skills? Maybe I should take Teaser, Deuter, and Noelle--they are experts when it comes to hanging things that they want to get into!!

Wow quiet morning. I was sleeping late after a pure romance party with some girlfriends last night. Finally bought one of those heart massagers, that this is AWESOME. They had a buy two at a discount thing and that's what my lil sis wants for Christmas (pregnancy cramps) so I got one for me too. Just chilling out and staying at home today with the hubs kitties and pups :)

Hi SM, Kit and AV! Out super late last night and got little sleep. Clearing a spot to put the tree that we will get later. Party at sister's place this afternoon - SM, you and hubby share a b-day! This month is also sister's hubby's b-day and both of our brothers as well as her f-i-l, who passed away this summer.

Good morning, all! I'm just finishing up my dog-sitting. Went out earlier to get my coffee and ended up at Kohl's - they have great Christmas stuff sales. Got an enormous standing Santa for 20 bucks, reduced from 70 and a Christmas diffuser reduced from 30 to 8 which will make a nice hostess gift for GG's mom.
GG wants me to go to the hockey game tonight but would rather stay home and relax, plus I don't know any hockey fans who would go with me.

Morning everyone, my brain is on a full-tilt today it seems. Nothing much is registering so I am headed to bed for a hopefully long nap. Did manage to buy the coolest 7 ft wire tree with both multi-colored/white lights on it at about 75% off from the local grocery store (Fry's), going to put it up tonight or this afternoon. Sounds strange but it looks beautiful with the ornaments on it, saw it last night at my friend's Open House (she had 11 trees all decorated with diff themes) :)

Hey Sky and Deb!................ relaxing Sunday night.......... so happy I have the next 8 days off!............ will be working with Mr. AV in his new biz M-W, but should be able to wrap things up by Thurs. and have Friday and the weekend to prep and get ready for Christmas!............. cooking (twice) for major family stuff, not to mention the regular 'home for the holidays' college ones.............

Sky, he's licensed in so many aspects of real estate and construction............ his new business deals with hurricane protection (we're the hurricane capital of the WORLD)....... property valuation and insurance guideline inspections.............. kinda multi-faceted, but really a good 'niche' for todays crazy economy!............ everyone in Fla. needs insurance discouts, accurate property valuation and hurricane protection.......... not to mention, he's also a golf pro :) his MOST love and hobby!

I've been working on the apt. all weekend. I have conquered the rest of the boxes. i took out 5 bags of garbage and pitted 4.50 lbs of cherries for my dad's pie. Friday I went to a work party in the afternoon, got an oil change and an inspection for the SUV. i am beat and going to bed as soon as I have the cherry mess cleaned up, in about 15 minutes.

Evening Deb, Woohoo, we have already had fun this evening driving around to look at the houses all decorated with Christmas lights. There is a small cul de sac all decrted except for 2 houses, they even had a real Santa sitting out the front of the house and he let people tug on his beard to prove that it was real. There was also an inflatable snowglobe. We found another house that was amazing, all the trees and the lawn were decorated with lights. Even the vet that my grandkits go to had an amazing display of Christmas lights of cat Santas going down chimneys and cat Santas in sleighs. Great evening.
