  3. By the way, she really IS a nice old lady and everyone here is very fond of her, but I'm not sure what the heck happened during her Christmas shopping trip to make her think of me and then think - "car deodorizer!"

    I've got to say, though, that I'm glad I at least was able to buy myself a nice present this year, because between the re-gifted cocoa butter and the car deodorizer, I'm not doing so well in the gift receiving department this year :)

  12. I felt so sick this morning, that I really wanted to call off! But, I took advil and hoped for the best. Got through the day, but now my throat is horrible again. :( Looks like/feels like someone took a bristle brush to it (ouch!) and it's red as a fire engine! It's so dry in here and that doesn't help either.... :(

  16. Do I hear thunder or is that Bumblebee gargling with warm salty water?
    I survived the grocery shopping expedition. For a small nation it can be extremely frustrating finding a car park here sometimes. I think every man and his dog are out shopping today, the roads are diabolical and the car parks are worse. I've got my feet up for a while with a glass of iced green tea a handful of nuts and the latest magazines so I'll be happy for a wee while.
    GD & Jcat, you had me LOL over the mystery present and suggestions of what it could be. GD, you be driving in blissful aroma for 4 weeks.

    ............ evening all!..... you guys really made me laugh with your 'antics' today, I've had a busy day, but love to come here to download and get my 'smile' for the day :)

    ......... took MIL and 'Bob' to the casino for their 'weekly' trip, then to lunch and back to help Mr. AV with paperwork............ exhausted and yet proud of having done good today!

  18. Hi AV, I'm exhausted too after a good day achieving things. I even fell asleep while I was on the puter, have nice keyboard print on my face now. I hope it fades quickly.
    Time I started preparing dinner, back later on the Night Shift.

    I'm just relaxing with my feet up after a busy day preparing for Christmas.
