Hi, only my second or third nightshift that I've been on. I've been doing some stuff on my laptop tonight, so I've been dropping by when I get a little time to check other things. I won't stay long since I have to finish off other things and then turn the computer off for tonight.

The squirrels have been feasting at my place this weekend. They finally dug out the pumpkins I put out on Christmas Eve. I haven't seen too many birds lately; wondering if there's a bird of prey around.
I'm off to check on dinner, which smells fantastic. Making pulled pork in the slow-cooker.

Hi all. Back at work today. Blah! But the sun has eventually deigned to shine and it is nice to see all my workmates again and my new lighthouse calendar is on my wall. Happy Birthday Abber Monkey. How the h**l can it be 3 years since we all waited here for news of her birth?
Evening Shifters, pass the pitcher please. It's muggy as here but overcast and windy now. We have had 4 seasons today, 2 of them while checking the beach for oil etc.
Hi KK, we left miniKK and Mum together today. There was Subway involved so it should all be sweet.

I have a lioness sitting here giving me the stink-eye. There was a cat fight outside and HRH was lurking under the car when I opened the door and she ambled inside trying not to show that she was a bit scared. After supper she is now demanding to go out again. The same old story as every other night, I'm saying no and she's giving me filthy looks.
