  7. Kilroy, I have a family member whose cat is obese, has heart and renal disease and arthritis...but she says that the cat "loves to eat and I can't deprive her of that pleasure" She had no problem declawing her cat "because I don't want to get scratched". Go figure.

    To her credit, after she saw how much thinner and more mobile my cats were, she is supposedly at least trying to limit her cat's food. There is no try; DO! I mean, my cats haven't figured out the can opener yet!

    According to her, I must be a terrible, mean-spirited person. Willow gets about 1/4 or less of what she would LIKE to eat; I've been known to force pills and syringes of food down their throats when they're not feeling well..

  8. Oh boy, we are getting slammed with snow! It's quite awful out there! I didn't see a snow plow til 3pm!!!!! Our tax dollars at work in Illinois!

  11. I am home and happy about that! Close to two hours to get home. Saw way too many cars/trucks wrapped around poles and in ditches. The poor police and fire must just hate days like today!
