    Yup, but at least she's closer to her family & friends w/more job opportunities! She thought she'd also have a winning team again this year...oh well...(I told her she should plan on retiring there instead!)

    Yup, I get it about being closer to fam and friends! That is the only reason we moved back to WI after being out of state for many years! I wanted my kids to know their grandparents. We lived in 3 different places in New Hampshire, CA and Hawaii. Now, that the grandparents are gone, I am restless to be in a warmer climate...but we have our Granddaughter here, and she needs us :)

    Well, maybe in a few years for you when she's older & you both can retire. It hasn't been too long since our relationship was rekindled since my sis's passing plus she has her adopted family too. I'd miss the change of Seasons & frankly this Winter hasn't been too bad in brewtown.

    Willow is bound and determined to get totally soaked with the Cat Control Device(tm) (water bottle)

    This morning she tried to climb a lampshade, and hubs told me she just jumped on top of the dvd cabinet and was shooed off.

    Then she goes away to howl plaintively for awhile. Then she's really apologetic and sweet when she sees you. Purr purr purr, nudge nudge nudge, are you still mad at me? purr purr

    Willllow...aw, I still luv you! haha ?little energetic kit!
    Usually Lucky sleeps all nite but he was up a bit last nite poking around etc. I think he is all slept out since he moved in & now is on the house patrol at nite. Crockey couldn't care less as curled up next to meowmy!

    Well it is lunchin' time in brewtown so out to the always purrfect patio w/fave kit Tux & cuppa joe in tow. C'mon kit...to the lounge chair for a few rays & zzz's!

    Okey back to wurk but first was checking out soup & sammie link ideas for I enjoy a cuppa soup and 1/2 sammie in eves as a quick meal!

    Hi all! I am here now, been a LONG day but at least I have my girls now. I cooked a pot roast in the crock pot today while I was working and now I am enjoying the fruits of the crock pot's labor! YUMMY I think I drove the girls nuts today cause it cooked while they were here!
