My beautiful Sheba passed away early this morning. She would have been 17 years old in April. As most of you know she was diagnosed a few months ago with chronic renal failure. Of the 14 cats I've had in my life she was my favorite and we will miss her the rest of our lives until we see her again in Heaven.

{{{Sheba's Mom}}} I know how special Sheba was to you and I remember her recent diagnosis. I'm so very sorry. There's quite a big welcoming committee at the Bridge for her, organized by a few of the old gals -Tansey and Dottie and Velvet, to name a few. Kittens are running in circles around her, and boys are bringing her flowers. Butterflies flutter around her as the Wolf speaks with her. She stands rejuvenated in the most beautiful Meadow she has ever seen, the grass is soft and soothing, and the sky is a magnificant shade of blue. Sheba knows she will be happy and content here as she waits for you. She is thankful for your love and compasion.

So very sorry {{{Sheba's Mom}} may Sheba rest in peace and be in good health again in the Meadow. Ms. B will also be there to greet her, and if she sees the handsome flame point Max and the grey tabby Kinker they will guide her also to the best spots to watch butteflies.

My Tigger greets her in the meadow. He too succombed to renal failure last April at the age of 22. He was my favorite and quite the kitty. I understand your heartbreak. *HUGS*

So sorry, Sheba's Mom. My Jetta was an older gal too and lost her to the same thing. I'm sure she has got up from her sunny spot to greet Sheba!
