I'm new to this so I will just say hi and that I am a mom to 4 adopted cats. I got them when they were left behind.
I call one Baby because she was a couple of weeks o;d when my grandson brought her home to his parents and since I knew what to do I was asked if I could take it home and I did. Fed it with a dropper for a couple of weeks then went to a kitten bottle and an older cat I already had took the little one under his wing and taught it everything. She was so tiny only weighed an ounce and now she is 10 yrs and 10 pounds.

Welcome LadyVeteran...Where abouts in California are you if you don't mind me asking? I'm in a rural town...Manteca. I live in a mobile home park. It used to be home of the famous Manteca Waterslides Park. I,by accident,became a rescuer of the parks cat over-population . It's been ongoing. I have 14 inside & 7 outside.(shhhhh-that's just between you & me since they have a pet limit)
