    Well, all I can say is that I am from Michigan and I have had a nephew in the Detroit hospital and wouldn't be so sad to see the extra help go there, but I have been voting for Houston all along, based on Ginny's personal experience. So for me, it is a win/win situation. Thanks for the update Tigerlily.
