  1. Many of you guys may have already heard of this topic. But for those of us to whom it's new, here goes; Your Movie-Star Name is derived from the name(s) of your first family or personal pet when you were a tyke, and the name(s) of the
street where you were born or grew up on.So in my case,my first family pet was
a brown, black and white beagle named Kelly(who once travelled 70 miles by his nose to find his way back home after having to be given away to close family friends, but that's another story.).And I grew up on Hazelwood Ave.,so mine's
    Kelly Hazelwood!I know,kinda dumb,but cute nevertheless,and hopefully it'll spur some interesting chat,what??

I don't even know if you see those 'ö' letters. But I must mention that my first name means Cute or Cutie.

    (Purrrr on that... ;) )

I didn't like the last response from a fellow Finn when it was revealed which

  7. Tigerpaw:??? What's wrong with Oulu? What did he/she say?

Posted 4 years ago by miu #

  8. That would be from the Chihuahua.

  9. Jo: *scratching my head*

  10. BTW, Söpö was a handsome tuxie boy, a very typical European shorthair.

Posted 4 years ago by miu #

  11. And Tootsie was a beautiful chocolate Chihuahua.

Posted 4 years ago by Jo in Blairsville #

  12. I already found a website dedicated to Tootsie The Chihuahua. Yours?
Actually I meant where did Tootsie get his name?

  13. tigerpaw: Umlaut is a German term. But now I want to here more about your Grandma from notorious(!?) Oulu.

  14. Both my first and second family pets were cats named Eben. The first street I lived on was First Ave but I grew up on Beth Ave. So I am either Eben First or Eben Beth. I guess I could switch it around to Beth Eben, huh? Interestingly, we always recall the first Eben as Eben the first, the next as Eben the second, etc. The final Eben just died last November and I am retiring the name.

  18. Let's see. I was born on Wolfe Street but only spent my first 6 months there. I grew up on a tiny farm on a lane with no name just a Rural Route 2 address. On the farm the most enduring animal and pet was Nora our milk cow. She really was a pet and she and I were born the same year. Had her for 12 years until my dad sold the farm.

So I would be Nora Wolfe. Or Nora Rural Route. :)

  19. Spitfire Birch

My first cat was a beautiful black boy named Spitfire (my godmum gave him to me when I was baptised at 6 months old). The first address I can actually remember having is 31 Birch St in Great Falls Mt.

  20. How's Peanuts Main?? Interesting.

  21. Mitzi Jasmine

Hmm, sounds more like a stripper than a movie star. Mitzi was our long haired cat. Most of my childhood pictures are with poor Mitzi hanging from my arms; I was always lugging her around.

Oh, and Huddy's Mama, I completely misread the second name you put and actually thought you were saying your name was "Spitfire Bitch". Which could actually be the nickname for any number of movie actresses.

  24. Kitty Kat Glenview. Try that one on for size.

  25. Mine would be Whitey Walnut! Whitey was the first cat I remember having as a child--a long-haired all white tomcat who stayed outside, and I grew up on Walnut Street.

  26. Oh, Wow! This is fun. My first pet(s) were a pair of cocker spaniels, which my folks named Rebel and Yankee (Mom was from the south, and Dad was from the North). The first street I remember living on was Fourth (seemed we always lived on numbered streets). So I could be Rebel Fourth, or Yankee Fourth--no, that doesn't sound much like a movie star name. We then had a dog named Trixie and now I live on Willow, so that makes a better name, Trixie Willow!!!

  27. Hmm...great topic!
I grew up on a farm, too, with a Rural Route #, but the road was a township dividing road between Copley & Victoria. Our first family pet was Chip, an old bird dog; and my first pet was either a beagle mix dog named Tinkle (Tink for short) or a farm cat I raised as a kitten after her mother got killed on the road. I named her Molly Bee. [Anyone know that name?]
So my name could be Chip Copley or Tink Victoria or Molly Bee Copley Victoria...LOL!

  28. Tiger's Mama, how is King Bog doing?

Posted 4 years ago by Emma #

  29. The version of this I'd come across before was first pet's name & mother's maiden name - using the name of the street where I first lived makes me...

    ...wait for it...

Mischief Bigwood!!! Porn star name!!! :-D

  30. First pet was a siamese named Fiesta and I lived on Fifth Avenue for the first two years of my life then on to Centro West so it could be:

Fiesta Fifth Avenue or Fiesta Centro West.

    Love the name MCW!
