Apologies for the problems on the site in the last 24 hours, but we're working on it. The 'report' link is now back and we're hoping to get everything else back to normal ASAP.
Something that might help get things back to normal more quickly is if you try clearing your cache and cookies. Here's some info if you're using Internet Explorer, but remember that if you do delete your cookies you'll need to log back into TDK (as well as any other sites you access with a password).
