  1. CCM, I'm doing good, still worried about Tessie, I fear the worse and hope for the best but I think she should be doing better than she is. Has anyone had experience with inflamed bowels or lymphoma with kitties

  2. KW - life is short and then you die. Eat the cake!!!!

  3. Is there a particular person who needs a bone marrow donation that you are doing this for, Instinct? I am on the bone marrow registry. Wouldn't it be amazing to be able to give someone a chance at life by donating bone marrow?

  4. CCM, fires continue to plague us. Last night 12,000 acres burned. We could smell the fires but thankfully I had failed to turn on the news. So we didn't know how close it was. Rain - we need rain!!!!

  5. Nope, don't know a thing about the side effects, and to paraphrase Jesse "The Body" Ventura from Predator "I ain't got time to be tired" :D

  6. KW, I have lost 25 pounds with weight watchers. I won't tell you how long its been but I'm starting to feel like a lifetime member at the wrong end. I do however refuse to give up and also must say Way to Go Good Job Girl :)

  9. My husband has used that mantra for most of his adult life, WWM!! LOL

I'm sorry that Tessie is not doing as well as you like, Sandi. I will send positive thoughts for her continued improvement.

  11. Sandi, never give up! As a nurse I will say that Weight Watchers is the only program that makes real sense. Really - the grapefruit diet????? How long could you keep that up?

  17. Hi AL!!

  18. Well, I am off to do... I don't know what. Insomnia plagues me! It is just horrible. Let's see... do I go to bed early and hope for the best? Stay up late and hope exhaustion takes over? ARG! In any event, my alarm goes off at 0515. So I think that I am off to do... something.

Instinct, I am SO glad to see you back. We had a computer meltdown and everything while you were gone. I suggested to KM what might be part of the problem (spaces and punctuation in the display name) but I don't think he bought it. However, those of us who were blocked out of TDK and changed that are back in. We thought you could have solved it in an instant!

  19. hey CCM

  20. Goodnight, WWM. I hope sleep finds you soon and allows you to rest well before your early call to the gym. Sweet dreams!

  21. Sandi, I would add that maybe you also need a change in your routine if you are exercising. After a while your body gets use to whatever you are doing and you end up with very diminished returns on your workout so it's good to swap the treadmill for a rowing machine, or the machine weights for some dumbells

  22. We actually had snow flurries today. And tomorrow is suppose to be 75 degrees. Is someone messing with our weather??? Sigh... I must go do something to think about sleep!

Posted 3 years ago by WillowandWindismom #

  23. If I can't sleep, I'll be back in the middle of the night! Happy chatting, everyone!

  24. Count snowflakes, WWM. That will put you right out!!

  25. Hi KW and AL - flitting in and out between work. Well done on the weight loss KW! I have been so busy today that I have missed my gym slot so will try and do some weights at home tonight and run up and down the stairs (Dara is always a starter for that game!).

  26. PS - Texas primaries are tomorrow (although I voted early). We have had twelve (12!!!!) recorded messages today. STOP - I promise to vote in the general election!!! Arg!

  30. I admire anyone who exercises, KK! I am soooo unmotivated to exercise. I have lots of (not very good) excuses.
