   Good morning! Happy Hump Day!

   On the menu from John and Terri's new house!

   Fresh squeezed orange juice and grapefruit juice (both from the Sunshine State), cranberry juice, coffee (all flavors, roasts, and blends) with the the nummies to add to it, lattes, pancakes (take your choice of type), french toast (both stuffed and unstuffed), bacon, ham, sausage (patties and links and gravy), all kinds of omelets, hashbrowns or american fries, muffins, toast, bagels, omelets (any filling), and of course a dozen at least TDK Employment Agency Kittens. Bog and Tiger are standing ready at the worm hole to go and visit Aunties and Uncles!

   Just a quick pop in, got to run to Target and GFS...of course have to get Maddie ready first which is like a task in itself :)

   Thank you, miu! The weird thing is...it is only on the right side of my throat and head. The left side is normal, right side has swollen glands, sore throat and neck, achey ear. May have to visit doc today.

   Good morning, CM and whoever else pops in...have to go pick up the ex, he dropped his car off to be serviced and needs a ride. I'll be back!

   Hope you feel better, CW. Any of this due to leftover jet lag? Let us know how you make out if you go to the drs. Morning Terri, CM and Mui! I have my usual.     Morning everyone, going to tell everyone that CNN and Fox news have 'nothing' new to share this morning....been watching it or rather glancing at it for 6 hrs already....ack!!!

    CW...do you still have your tonsils? That's the way I used to get when I'd come down with tonsilitis or strep throat. I still have my tonsils,but,thank goodness they stopped flaring up.

    One thing for sure...I haven't been sick in a few years now(it's probably all the exposure to kitty boxes & all building up my system-lol),but,at this point I think I'd rather be full blown sick than depressed. At least I'd know I'd be feeling better soon. I know...you guys are probably thinking I'm an idiot for saying that.

    Good-morning all. The breakfast offerings all look so good. I've been too sick to enjoy food for the past week. I suppose it's some type of bug even though I had a flu shot. Thought I was getting better on Sunday but it's back. Yuck Yuck.

    Just wanted to relay some sweet news. Last year I rescued Honey Bee, a orangie that was pregnant. She was very feral, and I was just getting to touch her when her 4 babies were born on May 2. She would not leave the nursery area until I had to evict her when I caught the last two feral kittens in December. She has been getting tamer than I ever expected, and now she plays with me and the other cats like she's been here forever. To watch her coming to me for loving, sleeping on my bed, and playing chase through the house is extremely heartwarming.

    Yay Elene! I love watching ferals calm down and join the family.

    My good deed of the day: I got home late last night after going clothes- and grocery-shopping. As I was heading to my apartment, I saw this black and white long-haired cat outside in the window of one of the other apartments. So I cautiously approached him, picked him, and then rang the doorbell of the apartment whose window he was in. Sure enough, that's where he belonged! (the owner sounded a little put-out to find that the cat had escaped).

    So, all's well that ends well. I had started to worry that I'd need to provide a temporary home for the little guy for the night.

    Have been going through cook books recently and found one my Mom and friends did when they were in their mid 30's.(makes cookbook over 35 years old now) Some wicked good New England style recipes from my childhood. YUM!

    PM, I'm on a diet, too - yuck!

    Hi Peeps! Logging in from the ex-husband's. He made me some tea and an omelet, which was hard to swallow. I don't have a fever so maybe this will pass. I hate going to the doctor and spending money that could be used for future trips. ;-)

    Hi PM!!! Did you see that on the Night Shift I mentioned that my pareo is missing from my suitcase?! Do you think a baggage handler helped himself to it, or did I leave it in your guest room? Also missing--my friend's hoop earrings that I bought at the flea market for her.
