  1. Morning everyone...Some of you know that I had to go to Urgent Care yesterday for my arm the doctor's like to call "tennis elbow". Well, after finally getting some sleep last night, i'm rudely woken up by pain to the point where i'm crying hot tears, i'm in such pain. I'm trying every homeopathic remedy I can, but until my arm heals I can't do anything. Please pray that this painful hell I'm experiencing will disappear. I'm pretty much to my wits end....

    thanks so much. <3

  9. Healing energies.

Tendonitis... inflammation of the tendons. I would think alternating heat and cold might help ???

  12. Thank you everyone. Due to my arm, I'm typing with one hand so forgive any spelling errors.

The doctor gave me Vicodin and recommended ibprofen, heat, and ice, the usual things that I have been doing when there is a flare up. I'm taking the Vicodin as least as possible, but sometimes the pain gets too bad to handle. I'm also trying a few homeopathic remedies that seem to be helping.

Thank you for all of your thoughts and prayers, I appreciate it! <3

  16. Sorry to hear you're having such a rough time of it AL82, but keep dosed up, sometimes these things need to be kept at a certain level in our bodies to be most effective. Hope you're feeling better soon xx

  17. AL82, I am so sorry to know about the pain you are experiencing. MCW is right, and I just will throw in my nurses two cents. In the presence of moderate to severe pain, you have to "anticipate" the pain. Therefore, you need to take your pain medication during this flare up, at regular intervals. If you wait to take your meds until the pain is severe, they won't be as effective. One thing that you might try is taking your Vicodin every four to six hours, and in between take your ibuprofen. So you are actually taking a med every two to three hours. To do that until you get your pain level under control would probably help.

  19. al2, while you are taking the meds (which you do need to take until the flare up subsides, I know you don't want to get addicted, but you also need to let your body heal which it can't do when you are in so much pain) alternate putting hot and cold on your arm, change every 15-20 min. It was what I had to do when I caused my ulnar nerve to flare up. I will keep you in my prayers and send you lots of healing energy,
