2P, I look forward to seeing photos of Mili/Amelia sometime soon! She always was graceful. And if you can catch a photo of Chloe, that would be good too.

Ann, it is so good to hear from you -- I thought you dropped off the face of the earth!
And I am so sorry about the layoff. At least there is a severance package. When my career exploded in 2004, I couldn't imagine what I would do -- so heartbroken, and feeling lost. I think God decided that I needed some time to sit in a heap and think things through.
Then I got another job that paid a lot less in money and a lot more in peace of mind and pure unalloyed joy.
Thank God for everything that happened during that period of time.
You are in my prayers, Ann. May you get a job that allows your formidable talents to be used and your wonderful mind and spirit to be fully engaged. And God bless you for all the good that you do!
Life would be grim for all of us without our Ann.

Emma, you are too kind. But I'm grateful to know that your situation worked out, such that you enjoy greater peace and joy in your life!
I'm still exploring my options. I'm grateful that the severance pay gives me the time to do that.
Kittens this morning are such delights! I walk into the room and sit down in the easy chair; they all come over and are purring in my lap within 60 seconds. It's impossible to feel gloomy when they do that!

They are sooooo cute anncetera. I'm glad Screaming Mimi is ok. Bless you for being such a friend to the furbabies. They love you so much. I hope you get a job that you enjoy. ((hugs))
