  1. Interesting - but what are we supposed to do all day long to stay awake?? Say at 10 am and 3pm when the slumps hit??? Thanks for posting it though.

  3. Great Stuff! I tried out the fatigue-fighting 'butterfly pose' exercise and it really DOES invigorate you!! Wow! Thanks Dee! Anyone else checking out this article should really try that exercise...I wouldn't attempt it at work if you're wearing a dress!!!!

  7. It is a good article, except I would get into the 'butterfly pose' and either get stuck into it or if doing it at work, have the guys in a tizzy, lol. But really it is a good article.
