Oops! Sorry, kittymom, thanks for asking! The teacher was told, unfortunately, that she did not get the job. There were ups and downs throughout, the deal was off, on, off again, now on again! Since she is paid thru Agust in her current teaching job, we were able to use her current teaching job for the mortgage! So, it seems that all three deals have survived, and I have a few more grey hairs! :-)

Mega concats, CW!! You can handle those pesky grays.... 'specially now with your latest tripple play ;-) Treat yourself to a little pampering, you've certainly earned it! Oohhh, and put a little bit aside now for the next TDK Texas get together. Then you just "raid the cookie jar" for the funds to cover the trip and it won't break the bank to go...

I feel for the lady who didn't get the job. I'm trying to build a private practice and/or get a full-time job and it's so discouraging. Praying for all of you-and your "lever"! Hope he gets to keep his/her home as well! The visual of a lever sticking out it's tongue made me LOL. Perfect!!
