  7. And no acknowledgement of the fact that toys with lead paint and tainted pet food DID come out of China. It is not libel under the law unless it it untrue and malicious. Stating the truth with maliciousness isn't libel, so yeah they are trying to sue becuase their feelings are hurt over THE TRUTH of their bad products and being called goons. It will be interesting to see where this goes.

  9. I would be majorly rich for all the hurt feelings I have felt at one time or another. Sheesh! China is pathetic...first they control their people on how they think, then they send us products that have health risks, and now they want to sue because their feelings were hurt? Oh boy! :::rolling eyes:::

  12. So they've got six lawyers working on this, and, apparently, have filed suit in New York. I know New York has better things to do; apparently the six lawyers don't.
