  1. I think a dinner is a great idea PM. Just you, Javier,good food, wine and some candlelight, it's what you need. Quality Time, let it soothe some wounds.

  3. PM, don't feel badly about how you behaved over this. Relationships deepen when one feels that they can reveal their deepest insecurities to the other and will not be judged or deserted. You and Javier have come through this test with flying colors. I knew you would! Now go have some wine and a tapa, and whatever naturally follows. ;-)

  5. PM, your feelings were justified, and glad it's over. I too don't see why he felt the need to go, and think you should have gone with him, but it's done and you must put it behind you, you two will be very happy together!

  6. I totally understand why you would be having the feelings you had. It is hard understanding why he decided to go but he must have felt he needed closure and the only way was to go to the funeral. He didn't talk to her so that shows him and you that part of his life is now closed.

    A nice romantic dinner is definite a great idea. You can spend it now focusing on each other and to your future together. Hugs and purrs.

  7. PM... glad it's over for you. And, yes, as women we often make mountains out of mole hills. Emotions run high, and we let them do our thinking. It's normal, it's human. You and Javier talked about it both before he went, and when he came back. It's over, you can breathe again. I, too, believe this only served to strengthen your relationship. A romantic dinner sounds perfect. :)

  8. Ah Pipa's Mum....You're beautiful...I smile when I think of all the rucus over this brief Sunday event...Not over the obvious suffering you endured..My heart sank with that but your reaction is a pure reflection of how deep your feelings are...We've all been there sometime with someone if we're lucky. {{{hugs}}}

  14. PM, you are a wonderful, good-to-the-bone, sweet-natured and drop-dead-gorgeous woman who has (as we say in the Deep South) "solid walking class." You love Javier and you make him feel loved, and lady, that man loves you.

    And you worried about a funeral involving his ex witch of a girlfriend?

    Aw, sweetie................ :)
