I am glad Deb that you are having the sherriff check at night. I would too.
I was house sitting one night for my sister about 11 years ago and she had 2 big dogs so I was taking care of them as well. She lives in a bad neighborhood and as I was in bed, someone tried to get in the house at the front door. I panicked and thank goodness he heard the dogs, you could tell he was drunk and I think he thought it was his house..but he left. That scared me so much, I couldn't go to sleep that night.Morning Boyz and Shelly :) I am sorry you have to go to a funeral Shelly. Please know Gayle and her family are in my thoughts and prayers

What's this about a nighttime visitor? I think I'd like one of those! ;-)
Guess who just returned from Finland where he left his little bro with Miu to come to work with his Mama? He knew Mama was unhappy about it being Monday and figured coming to work - and without throwing up in the car - would cheer her up!
$%#$%# trainer guy called the gym while I was there and asked what I had doing for training while he was gone and asked whether I had gotten a group together yet to work out at the tennis center which I haven't - the people who are interested are all on different schedules - morning, weekends, nights - and it's going to be almost impossible to get enough of them out there to make sure the cost to them isn't through the roof. We'll see.
Anyway, he didn't mention working out today and I don't know if he figures we are. Anyway, since he didn't mention it, I'm just going to go home with Bob after work and then go deliver the key back to a dog-sitting client and hopefully get paid. Then I'll have the whole evening to myself! Yay!Tomorrow I'm playing tennis at 6:30, so I can't go train with %$#%# trainer guy. I may work Thursday night - I watched the preview for GH for Wed. and it looked good, so I told them at the gym that I can't work Wednesday night. I don't really want Friday, because we close at 8 and it's too far to drive down there to just work two hrs.
Is there any coffee left? And are we having birthday cake in Rubia's honor? And Bob wants to know if there's any nip!

Good morning, everyone! I am just back from the gym and working on that ^*&*(*&^&&((^%&machine..... juice, please! Oh, and maybe a cold compress to apply to my backside to reduce the soreness and swelling from a ten hour drive up and back from Dallas Saturday......

Ha, my funny Bobby has discovered my peppermint (catnip smelling, I suppose)tea bags!!! He's all happy now! He sat on my desk and pawed at the bag until I opened it for him (the teabag was sealed in another bag). There was a lot of sniffing, then he tried to smack it a couple of times and after that he tried digging and burying it!!!
Now he's walking around the office howling, maybe looking for Boss, maybe mad I closed Boss' door so he can't go say good morning to the beta!

FH!!!!!!
We made it home by 9:30 pm Saturday - drove past some really wicked looking weather.
Good news - the doctors say that the bedsores on my behind should heal nicely within a few months. And, I can almost walk past the car now without hissing!
It was so great to meet all of you. I wish we could have stayed longer. Next time!

We were pretty tired when we got home! The girls were so nervous - we have never left them alone for that long. There were toys all over the house. That's what they do when they get scared. We hawled our limp bodies into the house, had a glass of wine and went to bed!
Needless to say, Sunday I didn't suggest that we go for a drive!!!

The pictures are on Bobbi's camera--Ginny even had a USB cord with her and they were supposed to email me the pictures Saturday night. Karen (Huddy's Mama) told me yesterday that their internet went down, so I guess we'll have to wait until Bobbi gets internet at home
