Sorry, my night shift buddies. I went upstairs and changed into jammies, then thought "I'll just lie down on the heating pad for a minute" (my back hurt from standing all day in heels at Bloomingdales) and the next thing I knew, it was 7 a.m. For two nights in a row I have slept like a rock, when I am usually plagued by insomnia. Apparently Krispy Cremes work better than Tylenol PM!
I'm heading to the store to get eggs and fresh spinach and tomatoes, some feta cheese to make a nice healthy omelet to get back on my normal eating plan and hopefully counteract the KC binge of the past two days.

Don't forget the KC's for later tonight!!! They shut down their business' here in the middle of the night, lock, stock, & barrel and ran out of Tucson (most of AZ I think). Loved them when they were hot though.
