  1. I'm still quite new here. Could someone please explain what "snorgle" means? Also, what is a "bunny kiss"?

    Thanks.

  2. A snorgle is when you bury your face in your cat's tummy when it is lying on its back. (Don't try this unless you are sure you won't get scratched!)

A bunny kick is what cats do with their back legs when they are lying on their side or back often during play.

    Welcome to TDK!!

  3. Hiya,

People define terms differently but I'll give it a try,

snorgle means to snuggle something cute like when you pick up a kitten and go awwww.....kissy kissy kissy ....

bunny kiss, the clean version means a cute kiss .. cute as a bunny ..

  4. Ah, thank you for the info. I thought it likely these meant types of snuggles, huggles, kisses, and other such loving "abuse". *LOL*

  5. :) I am sure you snorgle and bunny kiss your kitty all the time. It's funny you mention loving *abuse* - Haha ... if so, I am so so guilty!

  6. One of my recent favorites is Corporal Cuddling..loving hugs forced upon any kitty who is caught in the act of anything naughty. A diversionary technique for correcting your kitty. tee hee

  7. Heehee Karen I do that when Biddy or Brutus is using the wall or the doorpost as a scratching post. I go give them a big hug from behind :)

  8. Then there's what we call "the meatloaf pose". That's when kitty sits with paws tucked under and tail neatly curled around the side. I often have a six pound meatloaf on my bathroom floor or kitchen counter. Also when the paws are tucked under, it's referred to as having his paws in his pockets.
When the cheeks are puffed up by the base of whiskers, they're known as pom-pom cheeks.

  9. LOL @ Corporal Cuddling. I'm gonna have to try that, sometime.

  10. Only a 6 pound meatloaf? Mine is a 25 pound meatloaf in the form of Brutus! That is his second favorite pose. First is the pose on catster. ON his back belly up all splayed out on the floor.

  11. lol angel - love Brutus on his back.
When kitty is grooming with the leg up in the air, there's a knee-jerk reaction to grab the leg and say "chicken-leg, I got your chicken-leg!"
