How pretty!!!! PMSpain, what colors do you plan on having your wedding be in? I mean, like the bridesmaids' gowns, the decorations, that kind of stuff?

In Spain we have no tradition of bridesmaids... the important people are... of course... the bride (me!) the groom (Javier) and my Dad and his Mom...
All the rest are guests!

Checking back in for a refill! One of the bosses came into work at the gym early because they were putting carpet in her office, so I had to leave after getting the first cup of coffee from CM.
I had a nice evening yesterday. I worked until just after five and Bobsky hung out at the office with me all day. I went and dropped him off at home and then went and returned the key to the weekend dog-sitting client and picked up my check. Then I got home around 6:30 and had all night to hang out and read, watch tv etc. Nice. Managed to get to bed by nine, as well, so getting up at 4:45 wasn't that bad this morning - actually woke up at 4:15.
The guy who trined me at the gym left me a note asking if I wanted to cover a night or two for him this week. I told him I can't tonight as I have a tennis lesson with a friend that I'm looking forward to. I won't do tomorrow night and miss GH (crazy, I know, but I did the last two!). So I told him I could do Thursday and Friday instead.
While I was working %$#$%# trainer guy called in. He had thouht we were on for working out last night, but he hadn't said anything (which he admitted) so how was I to know - my schedule changes constantly so I need to know and plan in advance. He asked if we could work out tonight and I told him I was playing tennis. I think he got annoyed, but oh well. I've got a ton of stuff going on right now and I'm trying to just fit everything in. Training with him is great, but it has to take a backseat to work at the office, work at the gym, dogsitting, and tennis with my friends, as well. I don't want to give up tennis for workouts - the tennis is the major reason we're working out in the first place. He asked if I had worked out last night by myself and I said no and then he asked what I HAD done - do I need to fill every minute of my day with something? Arrrrgh - sorry a bit annoyed this morning.But I do have the tennis to look forward to, and I also got a nice check from the gym this morning, so that helps.
This weekend, I'll go have the transmission fluid cleaned and refilled in the car and then it should run smoother. I also plan to hit some yard sales looking for books I can sell on Amazon, so I'm looking forward to that and the first weekend in a few weeks where I'm not dog-sitting. Yay! -
I like that tradition of no bridesmaids..

Very lovely! Will you use the downstairs(or is it first floor?) room for 200? How nice you'll select from a menu created by a one star Michelin chef, doesn't get much better than that. See..... you HAVE started planning already ;-) You have selected the location for your reception....

Yes, I'm getting there, CM. I want to set up a set day or two where I cover the evening shift at the gym, so I know my schedule a bit better. I don't mind taking an extra shift here or there but I really would like to have some advance notice.
As for %$^#*& trainer guy I think I may just do two workouts a week with him and not try to fit in 3. I can pick up an extra workout on Saturdays while I work, with one of the other trainers and I can also do stuff by myself on my own time.
It makes no sense driving to the gym three days a week just for the workout. It's 25 miles round-trip and at 15 miles per gallon in my car, that adds up.*sips coffee refill - ahhhh........*

I'm feeling guilty, though - my last workout with %$#%$#% trainer guy was last Wednesday, then Thursday I played tennis. Friday I went into the gym early and worked out by myself. Saturday the workout with the other trainer got cancelled, and Sunday my tennis got cancelled, and yesterday I didn't do anything. I did walk/run for 30 minutes on Saturday though and my hips got all sore, so I think it was a good thing taking some time off. -
Hi GD! Did you and Bobby have a heart-to-heart about his antics in TX yet? There's no getting around the photographic evidence.... and you have Milo to consider - you don't want him following in his brother's "party boy" footsteps. *sigh* The Bobster's version of "Girls gone Wild" ;-)

Hi everyone! Can I have a glass of fresh Florida orange juice? PM, The Green House is beautiful! I didn't have bridesmades for my wedding, just my best friend and hubby's best friend as witnesses. I also had one of my brothers and one of his brothers as ushers. It was so much easier for us to pick out a dress for my friend that she liked.

Of COURSE, GD - I should have suspected as much! Peer pressure for a kitty as sweet as Bobby would be almost impossible to resist..... I'm feeling much better now. Give the little guy an extra snorggle for me when you get home ;-) Oh, and just try to keep those pics away from Milo. Don't want him getting the wrong idea about his older bro.

Yes, CM, drinking, smoking and driving.... What's next, a B&E at the local Petsmart to steal all the 'nip toys and feather dancers? It's just too awful to contemplate for one of our own TDK kitties. *sigh* At least it's not a video.... "Kitties Gone Wild - Dallas Edition" - Just think of the chaos if that vid was making the rounds of animal shelters around the country ;-)
