  2. Well I don't mean this to too harsh, but you keep the kittens in a cage all the time? The kittens should be inside and not kept in a cage. It is very dangerous to keep them pinned up outside, just where this kind of thing can happen..they have no way to escape...

  7. Also not trying to be rude but, maybe the best idea would be keeping the dog, or kittens in your room? Or perhaps a hutch to keep the kittens in when you are away.. if not this, call the pound

  8. See if they will let you keep the kitty somewhere safe during the day, a well vented garage, or basement..somewhere kitty can be safe from pretitors...locked in a cage on your porch, kitty is a target!!

  13. You need to change the arrangements--anyone or anything can get at the kittens--didn't you read the story of "Adam-the burned kitten" last year?

  14. no i haven't ever heard of it.....oh i have a question how many times a day do you feed kittens

  15. It depends on their age--the younger, the more often.

  17. My Patches was 5 1/2 weeks when I took her in--she had no problem eating dry food which is out all the time and I also gave her wet food 3 times a day.

  18. k thinks what brand do you feed her

  19. 5 week old kittens need to be inside kitty luver because they shouldn't even be away from their mother cat yet. Leave the dog out or rehome the kittens because they won't make it outside.

  20. any one of the name brands (don't buy Special Kitty at Walmart--that was part of the recall last year and I still don't trust it).

  21. The Kittens will not survive outside, way too young, you need to tie the dog outside or keep him in the basement, kittens at that age need to be with their mother and inside where its warm, away from Dogs, Foxes, Coyote ect.
