   my mom's kitty...

   she is having surgery today up in Ithaca, not at Cornell, but at a very fancy pet hospital...

   the prognosis is that she has a tumor on, near, or in her liver. she is nearly 14, and the prognosis was death in a very short period of time without the surgery...

   mom and dad are not allowed to see her. she can't be agitated, not even a little bit...of course, Mom and Dad are telling everyone to stay off the phone in case the surgeon calls...

   Our family is very grateful for your prayers. Please keep them coming !!!

   Sara has come thru the surgery ok, she is conscious. The tumor, the size of an orange, was on the liver, it was taken off along with a piece of the liver. Surgeon says she looks ok otherwise, looks like the tumor may be benign. She might be able to come home Friday...

   that's all I know...Please keep praying for her, my mom says you are sweet people for thinking of her...

    Cheri, that is very good news; despite tumor size, she only lost small piece of her liver and tumor may be benign. I am sending prayers and vigorous healing white light to Sara, for a complete recovery.
