   Dearest KittenMaster,

   Being the student that you are, I know that you are aware that Midland, Texas is far, far away from London, UK. However, I am coming to London!! Gasp!!!

   Some of us are going to meet for dinner, I think on June 5th, but that could shift by a day or two. In any event, MadCatWoman, Polly's Mum and Rubia and I are going to meet for dinner in London, probably June 5th. But, my husband will be with us. And, much like you, my husband thinks that most anything is fair game to eat. He only excludes celery and bell peppers. But, he happens to really like octopus.

   Please, please come and join us for dinner. I know that you have a very busy schedule. But here are four people whose lives you have changed forever by giving us this happy site in which to make new friends. I have something that I would like to bring to you but I need to know that you would be there with us. You need to meet the people who have made such great friends via this website.

   Now, my husband will tell you that I can make a most pitiful wailing and whining sound when I am disappointed. I am truly hoping that I won't have to make that sound because, really... the U.S.A. already has lots to overcome abroad so please don't make it worse. That horrible sound would not do much for international relations.

   Please say that you will join us. It's only one evening, and I am giving you a months advance notice. Please.....

   WWM that's Black Mail! Heehee! I hope KM can make it WWM! That would be soo cool! If not well dang it we will have to get that much often thought of TDK cruise up and well just kidnap him for it heeheee!

   I hope KM's schedule is open on June 5, WWM. Meeting you, MCW, PM and Rubia would be an unforgettable experience for KM. It would end up in his memoirs, no doubt! I'm also quite certain that choosing a pleasant luncheon over being held captive on a TDK cruise ship for weeks would be his preference! :D

   The UK is so much fun WWM,I went in "06 and it was SO much fun. I can't wait to go back but that will be a while. The dollar is so weak against any other currency at this point.

    Hi, KittenMaster!!! Who do you work for? I can call them and whine pitifully into the phone. It won't do much for America's image in the UK, but I'll bet they would let you off for the evening. :-)

    We just exchanged some dollars for pounds.....OUCH!!

    Wouldn't it be awesome if KittenMaster could come???? That would truly be the perfect start to our grand adventure. My husband can't believe that MCW, Rubia and PM are willing to travel into the city just so that we can all have dinner. Gosh.... I think I feel a good cry coming on! Unbelievable.....

    We are traveling with friends and have pretty much decided that we are the only four Americans dumb enough to travel to the UK when the dollar is so awful against the pound. But, you only live once and we may never have the opportunity again.

    *WWM practices wild screeching and wailing just in case KM were to say "no". But she is thinking that he wouldn't do that...*

    OMG, CW - $790 RT is a great fare. I think that I won't mention that to my husband because ours was much more. Of course, we have to fly to Dallas, and that adds quite a bit.

    I wanna come too--but plane fare from Detroit is almost $900! Unless of course I wanted to fly business class, non-stop, which is $4800!! How crazy is that!
