Evening all nightshifters, prayers and thoughts going out to all, seems that we are all going thru life events right now. KW, I know the turmoil you are going thru with the Hello Kitty Princess possibly being adopted by the Alaskan family. I had custody of my 7 yr old nephew for a year many moons ago, but because of difficulties with the Calif/AZ court systems, gave him back to my brother. It broke my heart, especially when he & his 3 sisters ended up as wards of the state until they became adults.

KW, I know the oldest one is married now with 2 or 3 children, my nephew wasn't staying out of trouble last I heard, and the two youngest are now living with their maternal grandmother (both are fetal alcohol syndrome children unfortunately) and doing good with her. I wish that my nephew had been able to stay with me, in the year he was with us, he picked up reading 2.5 grade levels and was only a bit behind on the math skills. I only wish that they have good lives and become good citizens.

I'll add your nieces and nephew to my prayers, AZDEBRA. Bless you for giving your nephew love and stability for the year he lived with you. It's amazing how kids thrive on those two simple things.
