was good. The vet says it is likely that he had some trauma (foxtail, the blue jay baby he ate last week) that caused a granuloma. He described this as a combination of white blood cells and scar tissue that created a covering over of either a cut or something foreign. It is totally benign and should not be a problem in the future. I am relieved. Cato is outside as it is very hot here (90s). Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers! Sincerely, Elizabeth

Elizabeth, I am SO happy for that path report. My Bomber had a throat/mouth cancer and it was so difficult. I am very happy that Cato's report turned out to be something different.
