  3. Hi all, don't get too close to your screens, I've got a cold and coughing so much my throat feels like a herd of goats have trampled over it. One of those coughs that leave you gasping for air almost like whooping cough but not. The beautiful sunny weather we have had has ended and I believe we have a cold snap coming up from Antarctica. Brrr, my chimney isn't being swept until next Saturday so no fires until then because insurance demands it be swept annually.

  8. Thanks all, Butterball(Shadz) has given up sleeping with me in preference for the beanbag chair so I will cuddle with the hot water bottle instead. I go the old fashioned way because it's cheaper and saves on power.
