    So far it happened 3 times starting today.

    I noticed that she started to behave a little sickly after we visited the vet (reason for going there: diarrhea). Vet said the milk we used isn’t right and she has parasites in her. So I switched to KMR, the previous one was recommended by the first vet we visited, I knew it was bad but that time it was the only option. Then the vet (second one) gave her deworming.

    After the second visit all these happened. Diarrhea gone but now her urine sort of smells (unless that’s normal). She has bulgy tummy she waddles after feeding and goes straight to sleep , and what concerns me the most is urinating and defecating in sleep. Not sure if the nearest vets are open today (I’m currently typing this at 2 in the morning) since it’s a holiday.

    Any advise please?

    I would it in litter box after eating before nap time.

    I have NO experience, but I am wondering if maybe she is just learning to control these functions? After all, kids stay dry during the day before they learn to stay dry at night. I agree w/JCat; eating stimulates the bowels, so put her in the litter box right after eating. Are you still stimulating her to go after eating?
