I won't be on much today. Terrible migraine. Going home from work and going to sleep most of the day. Will try to get on tonight or for sure tomorrow. Love to all. Terri

Oh Terri, I know how you feel and I can sympathize. When I get those headaches, I can't see or stand. Totally blows.
Close the curtains, lay down and let your furrnurses take care of you.
Feel better soon, hugs.

Karin is right. Migraines are horrible. Sleep it off, dear Terri, and get back to us soon.

I am so much better. Not 100% yet, but still at least I can see without my eyes crossing. Bog and Tiger are doing great. My parents definitely have Little gray face spoiled. OH Boy! He and TigerButt are spending the day with Grandma. She had her chemo today and she needs the little fur nurses.

Glad you're better, Terri. Migraines leave a lingering effect, but when they're gone completely...the only way to describe it is nirvana.
Glad, too, that your mom has fur-nurses.

T&B's Mom, how do Tiger and the Bogman get along? Did Tiger resent the boss coming back?
Posted 4 years ago by paulajeanne #

They get along fine, except when Tiger wants to go to his little house (his cat carrier) and Bog is lying in front of it. Bog is so big and Tig can't get around him easily. Tiger will try to jump on the Bog and Bog just looks at him. Meow!!

Bogman thought that he was Tiger's mama! I mean, Tiger used to nurse on Bog (sorta like Bailey, only within the same species) and Bog still thinks that Tiger is his "baby" and nobody better yell at the little one. He jumped on my dad when Pop yelled at Tiger for getting on the counter in the kitchen. Meow!!!

Awwwww, Bog rocks!
I'd like to get another kitty at some point to keep Bob company, but I'm pretty sure the little Man would NOT like to share his Mama, toys - and blanket! Bobsky still loves to suck on his blankie, so I'm hoping this means he's not going to grow out of it! Does Tiger still try to nurse or did he stop with time? -
Welllll, he still tries, but since Bog came home, nursing on the Little Gray Face is pretty much out of the question. Bailey just lies there and lets TigerButt snuggle. I want to get pictures of all my fur babies and when I do I will post them on Catster (I guess Bailey can go on there. He is, after all, an honorary CAT!)

GreatDane, Bob might be okay with a smallish kitten. They tend to not view them as much of a threat, in a competing-for-affections kind of way. That goes double if you don't pay too much attention to the new kitten, at first.
My mom, may she rest in peace, had a cat she named because of its audacity. She told me this little tiny male kitten decided he still needed to nurse. The only other critter in the house, besides Mom, was a 6 year old male miniature schnauzer. So this kitten decided he needed to nurse, and latched onto the schnauzer's belly and hung on for a wild ride through the house.
When she told me this, I laughed so hard I nearly cried. When I could catch my breath, I told her, "My goodness - Mom, that cat has a lot of chutzpah!" So, sure enough, the cat's name became Chutzpah.

Nah, he already had a schnauzer! ;-)
Besides, a few months later my mom found Chutzpah a playmate; she was named Misty, a lovely soft gray longhair. Since my mom passed away, Misty's now my cat, and the senior matriarch in my house.
She's a smallish, lovey-dovey kneading licking lapcat with a big purr. Funny enough, both Amelia and Violet have taken a liking to her; I think her purring reminds them of Mama Kitty.

GD, he has a blankie that his "Auntie" Jamie from kitty sleep away camp gave him (an old piece of a baby blanket) but he really prefers Bailey's ears. It is SO funny to watch Tiger clamp on Bailey's long furry ears and go for a ride.
