Ditto Joan! My babies are here for you as well. We are in NEPA so we aren't that far away if you need kitty cuddle time. I would suggest starting with either Sammi or Rusty. Both are wonderful tear catchers and love doing it too.

Joan, I went back and read your original thread where you introduced Shaddo and Jiggs. It made me smile. Do you think they are doing the "Bugs Bunny Cartoon" thing again? I think of you alot because I know how hard it is. How is your hubby doing? I'm sure he was pretty attached to Shaddo too.

Joan, you had two furry guardians last night. Ruggles and Rotley both went through the worm hole, wearing their angel pins that "Grandpa Shaddo" gave them at his last party.
This is to explain the long, soft mahogany fur on the left side of your pillow and the short silky black fur on the right side.
The lads were very quiet and thoughtful this morning, and they will be wearing their "angels" for the next month.

Ah, that was where the fur came from! Thank you Ruggles and Rotley and Emma for letting them come over. It sure helps - the house is very empty.

*Two mischievous tabbys sneak in through the wormhole from the Rainbow Bridge. They are followed by a larger,furrier, calico brat. C.C., who is used to using the wormhole to visit from the Bridge strolls right up to Joan, purring and meowing loudly in hopes that Joan can see and hear her. Pepper and Rusty follow. They have an important message from their new friend, Shaddo. He wants his mommy and daddy to know that he has settled in to his new home and has already made several friends. Pepper steps forward to add to Shaddo's message. She tries hard to tell Shaddo's mommy about the wonderful party they had for Shaddo and about how all the Rainbow Bridge animals are now planning on having big parties once a week for all the new arrivals.
Rusty, who is much shyer than the other two kitties, steps up and tries to tell Joan how wonderful Shaddo has been - greeting the new arrivals and trying to help them settle in. She says he wants everybody to feel as welcome as he was made to feel.
C.C. adds the last and most important part of the message Shaddo wanted them to deliver - Shaddo says he loves his mommy and daddy and that he misses you both but he is feeling sooo much better and the sunshine here is incredible! Also, Jiggs says hi, he loves you and misses you.
The three kitties surround Joan with soft purrs that seem to echo throughout the room then, one by one, they softly leave through the wormhole*

Hi everyone. I'm new to TDK but I had to register because of Shaddo. Joan is my aunt and I've known Shaddo and Jiggs from when I was just a kid. They both are severly missed. I know that our past furrbabies were at the bridge waiting for their cousin to arrive. They will certainly watch over Shaddo. Have faith that Shaddo has returned to his spud ways and is happy and healthy. I will give my Smokey a big hug tonight and think of you. You are welcome to hang with Smokey anytime, he can never get enough cuddles. Love you!

Smokey is a big beautiful grey and white boy. He has amazing green eyes. He's about 17 pounds now, I think the indoor living is making him gain weight. He will definately want a hug from his Aunt Joan!

Joan - my condolences on Shaddo - I've not been on TDK for a few days and was so sorry to read tonight that he had passed. Ninja would have been at the Bridge for him also.
