I CAUGHT SIAMEEZER!!! I'm still shaking like a leaf. I tied a rope to the door of my big dog cage & waited for her to go in & entered the yard from an area she couldn't see me. I couldn't believe it. I still can't. But now I'm having a problem getting a (free) voucher to get her fixed. She more than likely will lose this litter due to the overwhelming cost & availability of foster homes for the kittens. Siameezer of course will come back here after her spaying.
I just don't have any money to save the litter & either do the rescues.
I'll keep you all posted on what happens.

Susie, that is awesome!!!! If you can't get a voucher for a free spay, let me know the name and phone number for your vet and I'll see if I can contribute a little toward the surgery. I am so excited!
Its funny, I have a friend who is also trying to live trap a stray cat that she has been feeding. The other night I dreamed that she caught the cat and it was Siameezer!
My friend only has one inside cat and her hope is to catch the stray and bring it in to be a companion for her main cat. Ollie, (the stray) had to have been someone's cat at one time because she lets my friend pet her and is friendly and appears to be declawed, so we have hopes for her of being a successful indoor cat once she has had a vet check.

Thanks Julie! And everyone else for all your support thru this. It's far from over yet tho...
I'm so worried about how I'm going to get her spayed that I can't think clear. Once again, the rescues here in our area (& quite the butchers),can't help me with the finances involved. At the moment,I'm trying to reach the other rescues that helped me before. They're probably sick of hearing from me. lol.
I have no idea where I can keep her till she gets into the vets or which vet,etc. I don't want her in the house because I don't want to take any chance of her passing anything to the indoor cats (altho,I know she's healthy).
Right now I'm just going to let her calm down out there,& may bring the cage up onto the front porch where she'll be cooler. -
Yay for Susie and the Siameezer. I knew you'd do it eventually.

Susie, that is wonderful news!!!! Congrats!! I want to help with the cost of getting her spayed if you can't get a voucher for a free spay. Please let me know the name and phone number for your vet and I'll see if I can contribute a toward the surgery. I am so excited! Yipppeeeeeee!! :::doing a happy dance::: If I was nearby I would give you a huge hug!! Wonderful thing you are doing Susie!!
Miu you could do a wire transfer but that would involve bank account numbers and all. I know Rubia tried to send me a payment via Paypal but it got rejected when she was trying to contribute towards the transport cost of Susies seven feral kitties.

You guys are making me cry!!! Have I told you lately that YOUR THE BEST?!!!
I've tried reaching my vet. They've changed their hrs. so I can't reach anyone there till 2 p.m. today. It's only alittle after noon. It's gonna be a loooong 2 hr. wait before I can find out if she'll help me with a discounted price & all. I'd need both hands to count the times I've seen this woman in the last 6-8 mos. with all the kitty fatalities I've had to deal with. I'm hoping she open the soft side of her heart for me again this time.
Meezer managed to dump the whole water dish in the cage. Now I have to figure out how to bungee cord the dish to the side without opening the door or losing any fingers thru the wire of the cage. lol. At least the towel will be cool to lay on.Thanks you guys for all your offers. I'll let you know the moment I've spoke w/my vet. {{{{HUGS}}}}

I hope you can get her in there ASAP. The sooner you can get her fixed the better and then you wont have to worry about her being outside in the cage. She is such a crafty one, I would worry about her escaping!

By the way, how much does it cost to get a kitty "fixed"?
