Does Bobby want to go to Hawaii?

  1. Hi GD. Our family would like to extend an invitaion to your world travelling son, Bob, to join us on our trip to Hawaii. We are leaving on the 28th ...is that enough time to pack? Please let him join us, we will take really good care of him.

  6. I would love to go to Hawaii. When is the best time to go there? April is when I went about 11 years ago and the temps were 83-85 degrees (I don't recall the amount of the humidity).

  7. Any time is a good time SSM. The temps are pretty consistent year round. I don't recall for certain, but I think the 'winter' months are a little more rainy. As for humidity - it will always be humid; the nature of islands. ;)

  8. Bobby would love to go to Hawaii - he told me after his trip with 2p how much he loves it there. His poor Mama has never been :(
    I will send him to Vegas on Sunday for the wedding and then when he gets home, I'll have some time to do his laundry and repack his suitcase for the 28th - shouls work. We'll put it in his calendar!

    2 popoki, I have never been to Kauai, we were in Maui 2 years ago. I have a feeling anywhere in Hawaii is pretty good!

  11. TL - I agree, anywhere is good. There are areas that not great, and there is the dry side and the wet side of each island. I am certain you will find beauty there wherever you go. We did the helicopter tour when we were there... that was in 1994, my first time to the Islands. Ahhhh....memories LOL

  12. I've been on helicopters many times for med flights, but my mind was well distracted...no way do I go up on a helicopter voluntarily! Will be happy with a ground level view...we are looking forward to Bobby coming along, my boys will appreciate having a furry friend .
