  9. I thought it would be funny to give to my gyno, when I go in for my yearly. But WWM is right about us medical feild people having odd senses of humor. I found the instructions online and just had to try and make it. I am gonna hve to make some more for some people I know, but will make em in rainbow colors!!

  17. bhm - good luck. I know they are out there. My Mom first encountered it when my Dad was in the hospital - after his surgery. A great, fun way to encourage the patient to... um... well... fart after surgery LOL Let me know if you find one!!

  25. Okay, I have a cousin who's a gastroenterologist. He was the king of bathroom jokes when he was a kid, then saw the movie M*A*S*H when he was about 13 and was HOOKED on it. So what does he do with his life? Becomes a surgical gut master for the Army. He's coming to visit in July and I MUST have the farting teddy bear for him!!!!! If anyone finds it, please send up a smoke signal.

    I instantly recognized the uterus. I love it!!! But I agree, it does resemble a pink Longhorn. You could knit it in burnt orange and people would go wild over it.

  29. LOL @ lisa...I have a friend that has a farting pillow w/remote. Best of fun!

    I have another friend that has a little teddy bear that plays the sounds of a beating heart. She used it when her dog had puppies & the mama had to be kept seperate from the pups for awhile. Another great little invention. It sounded like the real thing.

  30. Susie, my cousin is exactly the kind of person who will have great fun with that teddy bear. I have no idea what he's like when you're in his office as a patient. He may be Mr. deadly serious. But somehow, I doubt it. He's gross and disgusting at the Thanksgiving table, and much, much worse since he's had *five* kids. Now they all love bathroom humor, too!

    And some poor guys have to address him as "Major." Isn't that scary????
