   Hi Y'all,
   A friend in the posse here in Tupelo 7 year old son has a very rare form of E-Coli. The CDC is involved and John Thomas is at LeBonher Hospital in Memphis. John Thomas is not out of the woods. He is currently on dialysis (sp) and his prognosis is not good. The CDC is very alarmed because of the rariety of this strain of E-coli. Jay and Jeannie can not figure out where he contracted the bacteria. It truly is frightening. So please, John Thomas and his parents Jay and Jeannie can use all of the prayers possible out there.

    Buttercup seems you might have hit upon the cause. As a beef eater this news is always a bit scary, especially since I like rare beef. Please cook meat thoroughly and keep praying for John Thomas as he battles this bacteria.
