   Okay do you sing to your kitty(s) have you made up a song just for them?

   I was talking to Karen and I was telling her about me singing o Max and how he has his on song! He actually purrs in rhythem to it while I sing and he makes direct eye contact with me through his hooded sleepy eyes!

   So hear it is nothing fancy or catchy but Max max's Song!

   Here is my Mighty and fierce Mouse hunter
   The Might Max Max!
   The Brave and cunning and the most famous feared mouse hunter
   No mouse can escape the Mighty Max Max when he is on the scent
   No Mouse is safe from the famous and brave Max Max!
   Meeces be afeared when Max Max is on your scent
   Max max the mighty Max Max you wll be know through the history of the famous Mighty Mouse hunters in cat history!

   With each time I sing it it changes a little but that's okay because it is all about Max Max haahaa!

   Karen's version I shared with her was a little shorter haahaa! But I was siging to him as I typed this and added a bit more haahaa!

   So any other's out there sing to there kittys? Any specific song or words?

   ok i love to sing to my kittys and dogs.... like i will sing a song but put their name in it like "mama mia here pugs goes agian my my how can u resist him"!!! and just any song i will do that!!!!

   Pouncing on the field mice and biting off their tails (aside: because they have tails and she doesn't)
   And aloooooong came Big, Fat Misty!

   Chasing down the field mice, and biting off their tails.
   I'm going to give you threeeee chances....and if you don't stop,
   I'm going to turn you into a SIAMESE!

   This is CJ's favorite thing in the whole world. I can't believe I just told it. I *must* love you guys.

   There's a song by the Kaiser Chiefs (an English band) called Ruby, I change the 'Ruby' in the chorus to 'Wooee' & sing that to Mr Woo - not sure if he likes it all that much though....!

    Lovely Leela, Kitty Cat - sung to the tune of "Lovely Rita, Meter Maid"
    There will probably be more, since she's only been with us a short time.

    I heard Shaddo's song, "Shattered". Now, instead of "I'm with Shaddo", it's "I miss Shaddo".

    Since "Shaddo and Jiggs" rolls off the tongue easily, there were many songs with them over the years.

    Waiting to see Leela look at the TV when her name is mentioned while watching "Futurama"!

    Well you get the idea, it's gets far more silly, but we won't go into that!

    Wow coolies! At least I know I am not nuts! Max must love it becuase her purrs along to my singing and even kneads to it, just soft whisper singing while I cuddle him haahaaa! Then again maybe his purring is his way of drowning me out haahaa! I sang a song to him today about how much I miss him while at work and if he missed me too! And at the end I said Hey Max max do you miss me when I'm gone, and I crap you not he winked at me and meowed haahaa! I'm goona work my ego and say he was saying duh of course I miss you mom!

    My song for Deuter is Stop In the Name of Love Before I Break Your Tail. He just needs to think it over! He likes my fish. Had his head in the fish bowl and I started singing--daughter thought I lost it. But he got his paw out of the water!

    My hubby has a song he sings when telling them the food is ready:
    "Here kitty kitty-chow down, section 609, chow down--come and get it!" And they come running! (The "section 609" bit came from his father who said that's how his unit was called to chow in the army!)

    LV, what makes you think you're not nuts. The rest of us who sing to our kits could be nuts too, that includes me. Shadz has one song, sung when she is sick or scared, "Rock a bye-baby".

    Oh, I sing all the time. Around my house it's usually "My Girl(s)" or "Girls Just Want To Have Fun" or "What's New Pussycat" but sometimes I will make up my own songs/words. Jerrie's song was "Wild Thing" - usually sung when he would get the evening crazies. We would all just get out of his way at that point and I would yell "Let the wild rumpus start!" (can you guess what my favorite childhood book was?)

    I have been singing to my cats for ages. I make up songs for them. I'll take popular songs and replace all the words with their names. I think lots of people do this. Besides, it's FUN!!

    yep...same here......i dance with mine...george LOVES it.....the others r not so fond, but george is crazy for when i spoil him, n i sing to my babies.....i either choose a classic rock, or indian song...or i make sumthing up...i forget the lyrics now to one of them tho....
