  3. I found the written recipe:

    http://ricetteblog.girlpower.it/ricette-italiane/torta-noci-cioccolato-kiwi-arturo/

This is the translation from Google:

    Ingredients:
    150 grams of shelled walnuts
    150 g of sugar
150 g of chocolate grattato (grated?)
    4 eggs
    2 egg whites
    1 pinch of salt
    butter to grease the pan
    breadcrumbs
Chop walnuts. United aale nuts sugar and chocolate, then the egg yolks and whites last-mounted snow.
Imburrate a baking dish and cospargetela breadcrumbs. Pour the mixture and infornate a moderate flame for 35-40 minutes.
    Serve cold with whipped cream.

Some of it doesn't make much sense--but, I think it would be: combine nuts, sugar, melted chocolate, etc. then egg yolks. I'm assuming the egg whites would be beaten until stiff and then folded in.
Grease the baking dish, cover with breadcrumbs-although I think I'd use just flour or sugar (maybe even nuts!). Probably best to bake at 350 degrees. Hope this helps!

Google 'Chocolate Nut Torte' and you can also find some wonderful recipes that might be easier to understand!
