  1. Men - they are THE worst patients!!!! But I think he needs a healthy dose of TLC!

  2. I fed him and then sent him upstairs with a heating pad. Once Maddie is in bed, I will check on him. I am sleeping on the couch tonight since I know he will toss and turn. Its cooler downstairs anyway :)

  3. CM, don't give him any aspirin. Tylenol would be okay. But I would stay away from aspirin until he has a diagnosis.

  4. Evening folks! *Puts a bottle of Baileys on the bar for sharing*

  5. Well, now... Bailey's... sounds good and I think that I'll take you up on that, Bellantara!

  6. No worries WWM, we have no aspirin :) We do have tylenol since that is the only thing I can take while preggers. He hasn't taken any meds yet so maybe he is roughing it out.
I am going to leave now and get Maddie ready for bed. Have a wonderful evening all.

  7. Good night, CM!

*Pours a glass of Bailey's for WWM*

  8. Take care, CM. Let us know.

  9. So how was your Monday, Bellantara?

Posted 3 years ago by WillowandWindismom #

  10. Busy, but not bad, all in all. How was yours?

Posted 3 years ago by Bellantara #

  11. Bailey's on the rocks, please.

Posted 3 years ago by gatakitty #

  12. *sigh* housecleaning.... yuck. But we had to laugh at Windi. She was sitting in a sunbeam and I guess it was just the right angle of light that she could see dust particles in the air (thank you for pointing those out, Windi). She would jump up and try to catch them and every time she would tap her paws together, a little cloud of dust would appear. And I wonder why the house is always dusty!

  13. Hi gatakitty! *Hands over Bailey's on the rocks*

Posted 3 years ago by Bellantara #

  14. At least you didn't have a smart aleck kid writing his name in the dust, WWM!

Posted 3 years ago by Bellantara #

  15. No... at least there's that! There's just no future in dusting when you live in West Texas.

Posted 3 years ago by WillowandWindismom #

  16. Think of it as job security, maybe?

Either that, or give up entirely, say that the dust is the remains of ancient civilizations long gone, and you don't want to disturb it. :D

  17. Evening all!

WWM, I see that you husband is a Tour de France aficionado...there is a great "coffee table" book I go my hubby a couple years ago...he loved it. Full of pics and statistics and obscure details...

Posted 3 years ago by linda #

  18. bella, that's a WONDERFUL thought! Ancient civilization...that's my new excuse!

Posted 3 years ago by linda #

  19. Wow, that's something that he would probably like, Linda. What's the name of it? Of course, I wouldn't want any of the "cheaters" to be in there! And he loves obscure details - he's an engineer!

Posted 3 years ago by WillowandWindismom #

  20. Uh-oh... I may have wiped out every remnant of Mayan civilization today....

Posted 3 years ago by WillowandWindismom #

  21. It'll come back. Dust doesn't disappear, it just recirculates. :)

Posted 3 years ago by Bellantara #

  22. I will go home and check tonite (only 5:30 so I'm still at work) There probably are cheaters included...they just didn't use the same drugs then that they use now. It's the nature of the race...so much pressure for your team to have a winning member...major prestige in Europe...

  23. *cough*, it sure does ;)

  24. and why are cats SO curious when you move things around, so it's "new" but other "new things" make them run and hide?! I just don't get it!!

Posted 3 years ago by linda #

  25. You're not supposed to get it. It's just one of those things they do to keep us inferior lifeforms off balance.

Posted 3 years ago by Bellantara #

  26. Thanks, Linda. Actually, I have enjoyed watching it with him but now I'm afraid to be excited about a rider because it's always a disappointment to learn that they are doping. It's going to take a while to clean up that sport.

Willow doesn't like for anything to be moved! I put a new plant out on the screened in patio and I have found it uprooted and clear across the patio four times today. I'm beginning to think that she doesn't like that plant!

  27. If cats were predictable, linda, they'd be called "dogs."

Posted 3 years ago by gatakitty #

  28. Hello all!!
That's cats rule #12 keep them guessing at all times!!
