I was wondering if anyone has used Colloidal Silver as a natural antibiotic for their pet?

I found this website and became curious as i use it for myself.

I have, and do think it works. http://www.thecatsite.com/t/240011/colloidal-silver-usage-for-cats-health-in-some-occasions is a long thread/post about it on another forum.

I recently (as in, a few days ago) used it on one of mine who had an abscess on her head. After I had drained the wound I sprayed it very well with Colloidal Silver, and kept it at that. No antibiotic at all. I’ve been checking it every day and so far, it is healing way faster than any other abscess I’ve dealt with in clinics, probably partly due to the CS and partly due to the food she eats.

I’ve used it externally applied to a wound as well. I can’t really say how well it worked since I only tried it once. I keep it on hand, though. We used 500 ppm for external use. I’d be hesitant to use it internally, though I know some use it that way.

I too have used colloidal silver on my cat. I pout it in her water but don’t really know if it worked as I didn’t do it very often.
