Gatakitty, you know I'm *always* praying for you.
I'm sad to hear about the subbing. I had just had a great revelation today--subbing was what I was going to do to keep myself afloat. A friend from Houston called....she is a teacher in Aldine...and they never have enough subs. She thought i was crazy that I hadn't been doing it all along.
Sigh.
I hear and feel your pain. I'm still amazed at how things worked out for Cheri. She not only got what she needed--she has had blessings HEAPED upon her! Above and beyond her needs! I believe that can happen for you, too. I really do.
Hang in there. We are ALL behind you.

You are in my prayers, too. We never know what is around the next corner but the waiting sure is hard.

Again, Littermates, thanks. At least one worrying thing has been taken care of. I had been trying for over 3 mos. to get an appointment with my Dr. without success. I was starting to be concerned, for my prescriptions were running out.
Yesterday, as we were taking Hubby back to the office after lunch, the Dr.'s office called to remind hubby of a app't he had at 9:15 this morning. Hubby had forgotten he even made it--God knows when. I couldn't help but express some indignation over the irony of the situation. Hubby offered to sacrifice his appointment for me, but I just couldn't do that. He did call to see if the Dr. could see both of us at the same time, and it turned out that there had been a cancellation just before Hubby called. We both got our check-ups, blood work, and prescriptions for the next year.
Maybe this is the beginning of better tidings. I sure hope so!

I'm glad things worked out well for you getting to see the doctor this morning, Ginny. You get to cross something off your list of things to do! I'm keeping you in my prayers that you find work ASAP and that your house sells.

you should watch hgtv, for the program "curb appeal",and "designed to sell"for
ideas to make your home more attractive for buyers, and for little money. Also they tell you about hidingall the personal touches that buyers might think of as clutter, and rearranging furniture so that it gives rooms a more open look, and so buyers can see a clearer space so they can picture where their belongings would fit. Also ask your real estate to help you with that,he/she could walk thru your home and make suggestions on sprucing up the home forwhen you have a open house.Posted 3 years ago by elaine from portland,ore,11-24 #

Just got out of the interview about 10 min's ago (that's how close the school is to our new place). It went very well; the principal was very impressed with my experience and certifications. I know there is at least one other person interviewing, but I am taking it as a good sign that they had me fill out an I-9 before I left today!
Keep prayin' folks; it doesn't get much better than this!
